MSH Flamingo was a great stay overall. We visited for a birthday trip and were accommodated with an early check-in and a room featuring a beautiful partial ocean view. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The AC worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Our reservation included breakfast, which was delicious and home-style, with a wide selection of fresh options including made-to-order omelets each morning. Having breakfast poolside, with the beach right in front of us, was a wonderful way to start the day. The staff throughout the property were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also excellent, right on the main boardwalk and very accessible, with plenty of food and activity options nearby. It is a very lively, tourist-focused area and can get a bit energetic at times, but coming from NYC, this did not bother us at all. The atmosphere is clearly geared toward an international crowd, and while we were hoping for a bit more local Spanish cultural influence, we found it interesting to experience the mix of visitors, particularly the strong German tourism presence, which gave it a unique character. The beach itself was beautiful, and the overall convenience of being in the center of everything made the stay very enjoyable.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Would reccomend it highly. I will be back! Thanks to all the staff! The breakfast was sooooooo excellent as well!!! Beach views are a 10/10.

The whole experience was lovely, what a beautiful hotel.

The welcome from Mohamed reassured us that we are in a good hotel. All the staff are very courteous and will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. My husband had issue with his computer they spent hours on end to fix it Hotel is very clean, great food of high quality. We had room 515 with a terrace that is above the room and get fantastic views, there is a shower on the roof too.

I had a large and beautiful suite with a huge balcony and a nice view. The unit was spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to carry out my requests, including printing out some documents for me. There is a beautiful electric grand piano in the lobby that guests can play, and I took advantage of that. The breakfast included an omelette station, and there were plenty of gluten-free and healthy options. The whole place had a really relaxed feeling, and I was able to decompress for the first time on this trip. There is a gym and also a spa with a whirlpool; I didn't get a chance to use the latter, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is a little far from Palma, but I discovered that there is a bus just steps from the hotel, or you can take a taxi or Uber. I was able to do two day trips with bus and Uber, one to Palma and then Valdemossa, and the other to Soller / Port Soller, on the vintage train that starts in Palma. Although I was there in off-season, there were plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel.

Hotel and property were beautiful. Fantastic beach. A bit noisy at night, but didn’t interfere with our enjoyment.

The hotel & staff were amazing. Loved it it was more couples, families with older kids. Surrounding area is very busy, large party crowds and nearby bars make it sometimes loud in the middle of the night. On the last days there was a rowdy party crowd at our hotel and the staff didn't seem to know how to handle this aside from selling them more alcohol. Not a place for light sleepers :-) A lovely time by the pool depending if your there the same week as a party crowd at the hotel.

Overall we had a good experience! The only issue was the reception that checked us in and he was barely speaking English.

My husband and I loved this property. It was centralized and walkable on the strip. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was amazing. Restaurants closed by, but the hotel had great food as well.
