Todo muy bien y completo

Here’s a strongly worded review that sticks to the issues you described without making unverifiable accusations: I would never stay at Hotel Virreyes again. The rooms are incredibly outdated and look like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Everything feels old, worn out, and neglected. Cleanliness was also a major disappointment. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel gave the impression that maintenance is not a priority. The lights barely worked, making the room feel even more depressing and inconvenient. The floors were constantly squeaking with every step, making it impossible to move around quietly or get a good night’s sleep. Even the hallways were dirty, poorly maintained, and had an unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the surrounding area didn’t feel safe or welcoming, especially at night. Between the outdated rooms, lack of cleanliness, faulty lighting, squeaky floors, and nasty hallways, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

It’s a very basic room with amenities. Sometimes the sheets would have weird stains. There was no running hot water to take a shower in. Just warm water for 2 min, so make it fast WiFi was only available in the lobby. Needs more hanging hooks or hangers.
