Don’t stay here unless you want bed bugs crawling all over your body and biting you. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the infestation until early the next morning, after I had already spent the night being bitten. Thankfully, I only had to endure it for one night, but that was more than enough. I have traveled all over the world, and this was by far the worst bed bug infestation I have ever experienced. To make matters worse, when I reported the issue the following morning, the staff was completely nonchalant and showed little concern or urgency in addressing the situation.

Overall, very pleasant stay at this property. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room I stood in was pleasant, definitely looked and felt aged. Breakfast is continental enough to get you to start your day. Overall, I had a good time and I would stay there again.

The staff was great and helpful. They have a fridge behind the desk and stored some of my items for me. They were always friendly. The housekeeper came into my room every day and made my bed and gave me fresh towels. There's no do not disturb signs to decline this. He actually threw away a couple of my things that I wanted to keep but he was very accommodating and also got me a fan that I requested.
I thought because of the price I was staying somewhere nice but looked like a jail cell in a great location. There was only one window and it was way up high that you couldn't see out of, concrete walls. The room looked like it was from the '70s.
If you want a quiet place to stay and area this is not it. The doors slam so loud, you can hear people outside the window, trucks beeping, bottles clanging.
It's like being in the center of Times Square, restaurants, bars, people etc right outside the door.
I also didn't like I had to leave my room key with the desk every time I left so that they could buzz me in when I returned.
The bed & blanket were very comfortable. The pillow was like a lumpy pancake. I asked for another and it was better with two.

Old outdated property, if you have mobility issues, stairs are very steep. The location was amazing though and the staff were nice and helpful. I’ll definitely stay again!
