Decent hotel but no tissues in the room plus no refrigerator in the room. Lobby was not that conducive for congregations. Was there for one stay and then left the city for a couple of days and returned to this location. Requested to store one of my bags since I was returning and they charged me for it. Have done this at other hotels and this is the first time I was charged. Location of the hotel is very good. Reminder that you have to schedule your room refresh.

Well located for the harbour and most sights. Some of the rooms overlook each other quite closely which makes them rather dark. When speaking to reception they told us that is what you get for this standard of room. It made me feel a bit of a underclass citizen. The room was at the lowest temperature setting but seemed to get very warm at night- not sure if they turned the system off Any of the hotel facilities needed to be paid for separately. The breakfast had a good spread, food was continually being stocked up, and tables quickly cleared. Food was good- although there were NO danish pastries. We are in Denmark and the pastries were plain croissants and greasy cinnamon rolls: no cakes or tarts. There is a spacious area downstairs to sit if you need to checkout then wait for flights. They allowed us to use an unmanned room to leave our luggage for free on the last day before our evening departure.

Room was ready early which was a nice surprise. Staff at desk very friendly We hadn't a clue about using card in lift noone had said. We couldn't work air con my husband went down 3 times till a member of staff came back up with him and blamed us for opening the window which we hadn't touched. I asked for a fan as room so hot that never arrived. Towels and room wasn't cleaned even when we booked it in following the procedure. Breakfast was outstanding and staff were on top of clearing up Overall the cost could have been a little lower for what we had.

Wonderful hotel in great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the restaurant, coffee shop and rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again.

Best breakfast ever! The family loved crossing the street to swim in the inner water channel. There was a huge slide. They absolutely loved it.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast buffet, very convenient location! All hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful! We’ll be back for sure!

When we arrived, there was no complimentary place to store luggage when you get in before checking in. Check in process was very difficult and we were unable to check in prior to a room being ready. Refresh service was requested but never happened. Were not able to get extra towels from the maid and had to go down and pick them up from the front desk ourselves. No phone in the room, so it was very difficult to ask for assistance when we needed it. The buttons are very difficult to understand for using lights, air conditioning The nighttime shades were automatically engaged. We were unable to disengage them. There is no water station or ability to get water unless you buy it from the front desk shop. Quite difficult, after you've just traveled for twenty four hours. We had a family suite, but it's still quite small.And difficult to navigate with several pieces of luggage. Breakfast included with my room package was quite nice. Beds are comfortable. We had a family suite with a pullout couch, and the pullout couch bed was pretty comfortable. Felt very safe.We needed our key to access the elevators. Good location.

Excellent location, walking distance to all scenery spots. Room is very clean, and looks new.
