The room we stayed in was very run down. Leaks in the plumbing, electrical outlets were loose, peeling paint, etc
Door lock was loose, many things needed repair or upgrade.

I recommend this hotel !
I arrived hotel early about 1 pm, hoping possible early check-in.
but not possible (however, receptionist said bags can leave it there until check in time 3pm)
I stayed here for 2 nights and found that location, cleanliness and comfy, budget, etc..all very good.
1) literally just one step away from the busan tower and movie museum.
2) the room was very comfortable and clean. Netflix/youtube/etc.. for insiders.
3) cheaper than 4 stars hotel in the town
I will choose this hotel again for next holidays.

Its was a uphill battle with luggage... but BUSAN TOWER[Busan tower Duty free..but I wont say it offered a better price compared outside], MOVIE MUSEUM its within walking distance. Dining..Fried Chicken,Pufferfish restaurant & BBQ dining is all within walking distance. SHOPPING STREET and the MARKET is also within walking distance. Its a great place and great staff. They are very helpful. No issue with luggage storing before/after check in/out.

Hotel was outdated noisy, my room was full of mosquitos and insecticide provided didn't seem to help. Bed way too hard and worst was the toilet system kept leaking all over the floor and asked staff twice to fix but they could not understand English. Also shower drain was blocked. In a great location was it saving grace. A great area of Busan to stay but there are plenty of other options in the area.

The room was comfortable and nice. The hotel was near places that we wanted to go and getting to bus stops or the subway was convenient, so it was a great location for us. The staff was helpful and kind as well.
