We had a room with sofa bed. The room is relatively big and so is the toilet. The drinks in the fridge were free and replenished daily. All of staff were very nice. friendly and helpful. If I would ever visit Prague next time I would stay there again.

Pros: Clean room, functional AC, good location Hotel has dedicated covered parking but the spots are limited and relatively narrow, so notifications to the hotel ahead of time is needed.

Staff were wonderful, efficient and friendly. Not really any shops nearby. But Palladium shopping centre was about 1000 steps away. The trams and subway were very close.

We had an overall very pleasant stay at INNSiDE Hotel in Prague. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a modern feel, and many aspects met expectations for a four-star property. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pillows were not very comfortable, and even the “memory foam” options didn’t feel like true memory foam. The mattress was also less comfortable than others we experienced during our trip, and the rounded edges made it easy to slide off if you got too close to the side—we actually had to adjust how we slept to avoid this. The in-room TV was a smart TV but lacked Chromecast or easy screen-sharing functionality, which is something we would typically expect at this level. The gym was quite small and limited, essentially accommodating only one person at a time, and the treadmill generated noticeable static electricity during use. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a lot going for it, but a few upgrades could make the experience significantly better.
