This was our fourth hotel in Japan and easily the best, both in terms of quality and value for money. Local to many transit lines too. Seriously recommend.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. However something worth mentioning the rooms are tiny and there’s a hallway light which is basically next to the bed that is automatic. So anytime you need to use the bathroom at night or you moved too harsh it would turn on in the middle of the night. It takes 10 min for it to shut back off which was frustrating. Additionally their AC automatically shuts off if you’re not in the room for longer than a certain time. We ran into the issue of having a humid gross room after 4 hours out because the ac shut off. There is also no mini fridge in the room to keep water etc. Otherwise it’s a good location but those factors made it not so enjoyable.

Such a vibe to stay Lyf !!! Enjoyed the welcoming community atmosphere. Really amazing opportunity to stay at Lyf where things are a bit different but so good to experience.

The room was cute, but lacked a kettle, which was new for me. There is a shared kitchen with supplies, but I missed my kettle. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. They even leave a little welcome box of treats :) The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was great to have laundry available. I attempted to go to the rooftop bar, but it was closed (during regular business hours) and there was no notice in the lobby. Overall, it worked as a place to leave my things and sleep.

Perfect spot for a convenient stay in Fukuoka! Very central to all the major spots and the hotel itself is very cute and connected to a natural wine bar below and a rooftop bar. Very cute rooms !!! There is not a fridge in the room that’s my only downside but honestly it was still perfect i would stay there again no questions asked. The staff was very helpful and well versed in multiple languages!

Everything was good! The location is convenient, not right next to the subway station, but it's only less than 10 minutes walk, and along the walk there are plenty to look at. There are also bus stations not far away. The hotel itself is clean and new, provides all the necessary amenities.
