The rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Didn’t have the time to try the spa, unfortunately. What we really didn’t enjoy was the buffet dinners. Not nice at all. Wouldn’t recommend this. We went for the deal offered for 2 meals and regretted this. Loved the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurant… delicious food.

It was a really nice stay

The hotel itself is very clean and well put however it is quite small, the eating area is tiny there is only about 6 hot food stations and a few bottles of water next to it and that’s breakfast. Lunch and dinner is absolutely horrible paid 70€ for two days but after not eating the first day immediately asked for a refund. The pool area is quite small, the pool bar has low quality food. After telling us a drink was included in our dinner we paid for, they then tried to charge us. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach and they don’t have parasols connected to the hotel so you will also have to pay to rent a parasol everyday. Cleaning team are very slow to clean the rooms, there were many days they didn’t do it until 4pm. The battery on our keycard part to enter the room died so we then had people in our room fixing the door with no compensation nothing. It’s a good hotel to lay your head at night but to use for anything else isn’t worth it , I’d recommend going somewhere else. Even if you are going for the wellness part of it, it’s two small massage rooms, a small steam room and a tiny gym with 4 machines. It’s not a hotel to be spending the amount that you will honestly it’s not worth it because it supplies the bare minimum which any two star hotel can give u as well or even an Airbnb.

Breakfast was delicious! Fresh pastries, fruit, eggs etc

Hotel was clean and the rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of fresh bread and everything else you could want for breakfast. The hotel is in a great quiet location near the beach and several restaurants. Downtown Albufeira is 10 to 15 minutes by car, which was fine for us since we prefer peace and quiet. My only complaint was the mattress, which was soft and noisy.

Nice hotel with very good breakfast.

I love this hotel. I stay here whenever I visit Faro/Algarve. It’s beautiful, the staff are friendly and always helpful. There’s also a spa so you can get massages. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and chill , this hotel is the best for that vibe.
