Dobrý

Hair-dryer nozzle did not fit the hair-dryer. Disappointed to find no shower caps etc in room nor complimentary bottled water. Was told at the desk when checking out I was required to contact reception to ask for shower cap ???? and no they don't provide complimentary water. I've stayed in 4 different hotels over past 2 months and complimentary water was standard in a each one.

Great hotel in an excellent convenient location. Right opposite Westfield Hurstville, so excellent if you need groceries or to shop for anything really. About 15-20 from the airport so that was great too. Nice modern clean rooms. Air conditioning was excellent and superbly adjustable, it was cold outside but our room was super cozy but adjustable. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Negatives - bed was not good. Sloped inwards and towards the bed head. lacking any support. Not comfortable at all. They need to invest in better beds. Towels were stained and didn't smell fresh at all. Those definitely need attention. No milk in the fridge even though the reception guy said "there's milk in the fridge" none was provided during our 5 night stay so we had to pay for coffee. Overall a great property but some things need to be addressed.

The room was great in every respect. The bathroom was large and clean and the shower worked great. The bed and pillows were comfortable and with the lights off the room was quite dark. The room temperature seemed perfectly stable. There were plenty of power outlets. There's a safe in the closet. The TV was excellent. I can't speak to the channel variety since I only watched the ABC news. The staff was friendly and helpful whatever you asked them. They can call a taxi within a few minutes. Although they don't serve breakfast there's a cafe in the lobby which will sell you coffee and pastries.

Its official. Everytime I travel back to Sydney Ill be staying here. close to alot of amendments and I signed up for a 5 year membership at the club right next door :) for $2.20c - a 5 year membership for 2 bucks. Staff was great, the location is spot on, Westfield is literally across the road, and the main street of Hurstville and Train Station is a minute walk away. Loved my stay here.

Large room with a view. Location was ideal for public transport into Sydney CBD, Plenty of local eateries. Reception staff were very helpful .
