Great hotel near TCU. Clean rooms and comfy beds. I stayed here several times and will be back. Awesome Lot12 rooftop bar and terrace.

The best Hyatt Place I have stayed. The rooftop bar was a very nice addition. Breakfast was amazing as well with a great selection of fruit, protein, and carbs. The coffee was pretty decent as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We watched NBA game 3 in the rooftop bar and it couldn't have been a better experience with staff and patrons. Everyone cheered, laughed and enjoyed an incredible performance from both teams! Thank you for the perfect environment! Also, the staff in this place are unfailingly attentive and honestly friendly. You are truly doing something right!

I had a wonderful stay. Emily at the front desk was amazing and incredibly helpful. She was very attentive , I appreciated her! Could use a few more servers and help. It’s a busy place! The wait to order a drink or food was over 10 minutes. And the fact that there’s only one place to order and check out if you’re sitting on the patio, a bit problematic. If they had another area open for ordering and paying for food, specifically for the Terrace area, that would be incredibly helpful. Other than that, I had an incredible stay. Everyone was wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms were clean and well acquainted. I have stayed here for the last three years when coming in town for a conference. I will definitely stay again.
