Skvělý Stay was great but there was a couple of things that could have been better. The girl at the front desk at night was rude and rushed through the check in. Also, there was absolutely no parking overnight when getting there around 11pm and we had to park on the street.

Dobrý They gave my room away after I called and told them I would be checking in late. I went to check in and they said they gave my room away because the person had the same last name. They ended up calling the person at 11:30pm to try to get them out of the room so I could get in. This was completely wild to me.

Fantastické The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The bed was comfy and breakfast was great with plenty of seating. There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel. I did have a little issue with the WiFi on the last day but they went out of their way to help correct the situation. Will definitely stay there again.

My check-in process was fast. The place is clean and quiet. I like the walk-in shower which has the basic amenities and quite large in size.
They have complimentary parking which is nice.

Front desk Staff was not welcoming, pool looked dirty, staff overall looked unhappy to be there. Art work is needed to make the hotel come to life.
