Washrooms and breakfast place is dirty. No staff at all in breakfast room. Dishes were dirty, not washed properly

The family room was very spacious. The toilet/shower combination it’s a bit difficult to use however it’s manageable.

The TV in the room could not be used during our stay because the hotel has subscribed to only very few channels that are free and also to only local channels. It was frustrating to stay for two days in the hotel without the TV and not even to get the current news.

TV that was available in the room could not be used because the hotel has not subscribed to any channel except few selected free channels which was not worth watching.

The hotel should've train their staff to smile and greet their guests. When checked in, the reception staff looked like he was very upset about someone coming to the hotel. Rooms were okay and clean enough. Again the 'instructions' inside the room was very unwelcoming and rude. Please understand the guests are not kids to give instructions and timetable for each and everything. We're customers and adults. After checked out we were forced to wait at the reception till someone 'checking' our rooms. What do we take from those rooms? Bed and mattress? The management should learn about hospitality industry before doing such business. Breakfast was absolutely rubbish. The food was cold, no staff were there to clean and attend the guests, and very unhygienically presented. Convenient location and clean, big enough rooms.
