Rooms were very nice. Very big bathroom. And staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy when we asked for luggage but he was just standing there. The check in Agent was helpful. Breakfast was descent but coffee was awful. REcommend to invest in Illy Coffee or change the machines.

Nice, clean, well-positioned. The superior room I had was a lovely piece to stay for two nights. Staff were very helpful. Rooftop bar is present, however it would be nice to have a view from it.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Disappointing amenities, pool was an additional fee and the only bar was on the roof where it was too hot to sit out

No hot water for showers after 9.30am, bedrooms could do with additional soundproofing. Kept awake by people in the streets at 4am. Lovely hotel for the most part and great location, but for the price point, some things were a let down
