Arriving there is a car park with lots of space, also free of charge. Check in was very quick and friendly staff. The room we were allocated didn't have working air con so we told reception and were moved immediately. Rooms are spacious enough for a couple of nights. There's even a robot that will bring you snacks and toilet can cast you phone to the TV. Would stay again.

There is no tissue paper, conditioner and lotion in the room. The location is not convenient. There is no restaurants around the hotel. The door was not able to be locked without the key.

Nice staff and cute small room!! No Ac, would get pretty hot at night or if someone just showered. They close the gate at night so it felt pretty safe! Location wasn’t too far from the main Lyon part but still a decent amount away, what me and group would do is take an uber and explore all day and then come back at night. Would stay again for the price, but probably not in the summer heat haha

Room was clean, but the Staff at the Front Desk were terrible. The room was not cleaned and stocked when we checked in. After we told them, they sent someone after multiple reminders to add basic amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Even then, they forgot some things. Despite multiple calls to the Front Desk, there was no progress. We finally had to go down ourselves to get what we needed from the reception. No apology, nothing.. I would 100% not stay again.

Mega last minute booking after flight cancellation. Family room was good for accommodating us all. Could have been a little cleaner but wasn’t too bad. Quiet. Comfy main based. Staff were helpful.
