The rooms are quite spacious, staff are polite and helpful and most important the reception staff can speak English, breakfast is suitable for all nationalities, location is idle for Business as well as tourism purpose

Room is clean but pretty old, needs renovation. Room and stuffy no air-condition, I checked with Front Office, and was informed it is not summer yet, so they just have the fan on. Very hot at night and I had to open the window, still it is hot and stuffy. Location is good very centralised with all the shopping centres within walking distance. Metro station is far.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, with excellent service and attentive staff. We spent a one-week family stay, and @Christina was especially helpful and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this hotel, also for its great location in Chengdu. We will definitely return next year.

I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza. When I first arrived I found my room very hot and after raising the issue with the hotel, they changed my room for me. Isaac was incredibly helpful and accommodating, impeccable customer service! The hotel breakfast was also exceptional, perhaps the best I’ve had on my travels around China so far!
