Very loud music from property next door until after midnight, followed by morning construction activity at the property (8 a.m.). This happened mid-week. Property was listed as quiet on the website, and it is not. I had booked four days and pre-paid on the Expedia website and checked out after one night, and was assured by the front desk that a credit would be forthcoming for three nights. Two weeks later, and repeated attempts at contacting property met with radio silence. If you want a party type atmosphere, General Luna is your ticket; otherwise move up to Pacifico Beach for a more authentic quiet getaway.

Podprůměrné Nice surprise on arrival: the restaurant is closed. Less pleasant surprise: poorly maintained rooms and very questionable cleanliness. The only thing fully operational is the price. Definitely not the experience we expected.

The staff at siargao inn were very pleasant and accommodating. Our hotel was right on the beach. Hotel was clean would definitely recommend.

Property is ocean front which was a plus. It also has its own pool. The bungalow was compact. It was missing extra storage in the bathroom as well as in the main room.
The staff was great! Though we had a little hiccup with a prepaid breakfast we had ordered due to us leaving really early. It was not ready as discussed the night before.

Podprůměrné The car service I ordered never came, and when i phoned the manager he argued with me telling me the "van" was there. Several calls to the property with different excuses. Finally just had to hire a different service on my own. Sticky floors. NO hot water, only cold. Found sand in made up bed. Checked out early. Management didn't address any concern, and acted as if they could care less.
