check in was fast, staff was proactive (one came out promptly when a check-in counter started to have a line), rooms are clean, free newspaper and biscuts are crisp (important)... the downside is the ongoing renovations which promptly ceased at midnight. throughout the night, inconsiderate travellers enjoy slamming the door entering/exiting their respective rooms. Overall, good value for money.

The room was 29oC when we arrived, made it very uncomfortable. With the aircon on full blast throughout the night it only got down to 24.5oC. Very uncomfortable, pillows were very hard. Otherwise location wise was great, staff were good, just very uncomfortable in the heat.

For anyone traveling and having a layover in Kuala Lumpur, specifically in Terminal 2 (flying with AirAsia), this is a great place to stay for the night to catch a morning flight! Easy check-in, convenient location, and great experience

I canceled my room because my layover was more than 12 hours. I decided to stay outside from the airport. It’s very disappointed that your hotel did not accommodate my change and give me a refund. It is festival season and I’m sure you’re able to rent my room to someone else. I do not think you have satisfactory customer service.
