Rooms were not clean. Staff were rude. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast and it was not good. It’s not worth the money. They have the same food everyday for the breakfast. Rooms are poorly maintained and we even found dirty socks that did not belong us. We left the day and asked for our room to be cleaned. We returned at 5 pm and the room was still not clean. We called reception and housekeeping to tell them and no one picked up the phone. Finally we went down asked front desk to send someone to clean the room. Staff at front desk are very rude. Worst experience.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was always spotless, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. One of our kids' favourite parts was having breakfast by the window each morning while enjoying the stunning views . It was the perfect way to start the day. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic, with great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We also really appreciated the ski storage room. It was convenient, secure, and made it so easy to store all of our ski equipment after a day on the slopes. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a ski holiday. We would definitely love to come back!

Nice views from the breakfast area, breakfast included and quite good. Rooms are basic but clean. I was a little annoyed that we were charged NZ$15 for parking per night given the hotel is out of town and not easily accessible without a car, limiting alternative options. In also think bath robes and slippers should be provided by the hotel given they have an outdoor spa and pool, with we couldn’t use as we weren’t prepared for that. Otherwise, staff are helpful and friendly.
