Housekeeping lacked attention to detail. Toilet kept running after flush in middle of night. Called front desk and maintenance stopped the water. Next morning toilet would not flush. Spa opened late and did not return my text as the front desk said. Woman at spa desk surly and rude. No appts available. At check out some confusion on payment as I had never used this app before. Settled. My error but could have been handled better by hotel staff.

Beautiful historic hotel were many Presidents, Kings, entertainers and other noteworthy guests have stayed. Our room was big and beautifully appointed.

Famous hotel , but time for a refurbish of rooms etc , they are not bad just very outdated incl where the breakfast hall was very outdated … pool area nice

Great location, kind and helpful staff. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with diversity kind of food. The pool is big and nice. definitely will be back 🙌
