Time burocrático e pouco atencioso, satisfação do cliente passa longe, apenas seguem regras e não buscam fazer nada diferente para facilitar sua experiência. A pessoa mais atenciosa da recepção foi a estagiária que com certeza pode ensinar mais do que aprender. Ainda te atende com sorriso e tenta facilitar seu check in. Além disso o restaurante tem péssimo atendimento, onde parece estar te fazendo um favor em lhe atender.

AC is awful, asked for towels multiple times and it wasn’t even delivered. They do not clean the room well enough. We had a glove at the bed side for days and I not even picked up. Bed sheets was just a cover and the bed is hard. I’m assuming they overbook and there’s not enough staff. Would never stay here again!!!! Not worth 4 stars.

The reception team were wonderful they surprised with an upgrade to an executive suite! This was the perfect experience! We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle in all her glory from our private roof terrace! A must book hotel!!
