When we checked in to our Residence Suite we found the entire bed was crawling with insects. The manager moved my Wife and i to a different room, and offered up a $300 credit. We have stayed at the Setai many times previously, and when someone is paying over $1,500 per night for a room this kind of incident is just mind blowing. So disappointing.

The access to the pool/beach is a little odd given that you have to go through the restaurant, maybe if we stay at the tower next time the access will be better but I will need to ask. The valet also takes longer than most places. Staff are mostly amazing.
