Off main center, difficult to get transport. Hotel staffs English not so good and unable to help to call taxi. Swimming pool too small, see no one swim there during my start. Hot water not stable, suddenly hot and suddenly turn cool during shower. On general, good and pleasent stay.

This hotel was very new and very clean with a very good breakfast buffet which was included in the price of our room. The hotel is located just outside the city center which is walkable for energetic travelers and only a short inexpensive taxi or enjoyable Tuk Tuk ride for the less energetic. The only improvement that I suggest is that the food in the breakfast buffet should be kept warmer, especially the eggs. We will stay again at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Extremely comfortable and luxurious. Very clean and staff were very helpful and caring. A 20 min walk to Maya Shopping Mall and a 15 min drive to Night Markets. As a single female, I felt safe walking the streets, even at night.

It was amazing! The rooms are impeccable and I loved the balcony + rain shower-head! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was so great and free!!! O and the wifi was super fast! Only issue was that it was a little difficult for taxis to find this place and its a little far from old town but overall the experience was great and I would stay again!
