Podprůměrné I abandoned the place and stay at Imperial Hotel, I am trying to contact Expedia to cancel my booking at this Apartment.
I wasted 1,000 dollar for nothing.

Great location, however pretty dirty living/kitchen area (think ants, clumps of hair under dining chair, crumbs, etc.), and bedsheets with stains. Things that would have been good to know are: 1. even if you've made a reservation for 6 people, they will only provide up to 4 towels because you've booked a "2 bedroom" apartment; 2. they will try and make you pay to use the laundry area, even though the listing doesn't specify that there will be an additional cost/day to use it (the laundry area is locked). The host is also not contactable via Expedia / Vrbo, so you need to try and catch them in the lobby area in the morning or evening when people are likely to be checking in/out, as they are not permanently staffed.

My experience at this property was really bad.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition of the property. The space was quite dirty, and the bathroom in particular was not well-maintained. There's mold and milder on the tiles and the bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned properly. The floor near the toilet was sticky and smell like pee. They also don't have internet during my stay. On too of that, they are quite misleading- on expedia site it show that the property has washing machine, but in reality they charge extra per day to use it. So misleading!
Furthermore, the property does not look like the photos provided online.
Because of these issues, I would not recommend this place to others. I hope the property management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

Fantastické I’ve been staying this suite for several times now and they always have satisfied me with the amenities. Absolutely love the outdoor pool that located on the 6th floor. Staffs are great!

Yes, but the internet is poor. When we got in the apartment, no direction to get the key and is late like almost 12 midnight.

Dobrý The bedrooms were not clean on arrival. The bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains and did not appear freshly laundered. The furniture is also quite worn and would benefit from replacement or refurbishment.

Room was filthy, full of lice / bed bugs too.
And to top it off they tried to get out of refunding the deposit since I was leaving early the next morning. Only because I strongly insisted next thing they returned it. Be very careful! I certainly don’t recommend it.

SkvělýPobyt s přáteli · Pro volný čas
Imperial Suites has very spacious apartments with full kitchen. Attached to a mall with a well stocked grocery store. The Suites are located 10 minutes by Grab from the airport and 20 minutes from the Orangutan Sanctuary. But it’s 25-30 minutes from Kutchin center, there is no nearby public transportation and tour companies will not pick you up there.

DobrýPobyt s přáteli · Pro volný čas
Imperial Suites (attached to the Imperial Hotel) is a short Grab ride from the airport, but 25-40 minutes drive from the center of Kuching. There is no near public transportation.
The reason for my OK rating is management’s policy of only accepting cash payment for room (so opt to pay in advance) and charging MYR 200 cash deposit, Since there is no full time reception and stadf don’t arrive till after 9 a.m. you can’t get your deposit back in cash if you check out for a morning flight. The receptionist tried to be helpful and promised to wire us the deposit refund but arranging this is a pain snd we are still waiting.
