Hotel was old and rundown. The beach was full of seaweed the buffet food served was terrible. The only positive thing was the staff. They were amazing.

Este es un hotel pequeño, no vale la pena el all inclusive para nada, la comida no es buena. Solo el desayuno es muy bueno. Beatriz quien hace los omelets sabrosos fuera de eso nada más. Este hotel lo sostienen sus empleados ya que tienen exelente servicio al cliente y nada más por eso volvería. Mis más destacado fueron René en la barra de la playa, wow wowo !! Francisco en el restaurante. Ángel me preparaba el mejor café junto a Alejandra. En fin el hotel nesecita amor e invercion de infraestructura definitivamente. La piscina le URGE MANTENIMIENTO. La playa pues es solo para foto. Vuelvo y repito EXELENTE EMPLEADOS POR ELLOS VOLVERÍA MIL VECES MÁS !!!! Le quitas eso al hotel lo puede cerrar.

If you are looking for some place not so expensive you can stay here and visit all the other 4 other resorts owned by them. You can take free shuttle to go there for day! They even let you eat there. This property isn’t on the beach, sandy water but more like a bay side. I have been to Cancun many times and this was by far the worst with food options. I wasn’t impressed. Breakfast should have protein… The childcare was another problem bc they don’t really have good energy for the kids! I felt the DJ guys wanted to hang out in the kids zone! We couldn’t get massage bc the kids zone hours were UNKNOWN! I don’t feel the energy was there for good entertainment. Sucks for them bc I usually tip really well at the end. The rooms were older but clean!

I came from one of the sister resorts - Ocean Marina and this resort was not nearly as nice, food was limited and not very good and the staff was not nearly as friendly as the staff at the marina resort. There was no room service here and I was "not allowed" to get a plate to go to my room. The gym was very small. I would not go back here after being at the other sister resorts (Marina and Royal).

The staff went beyond our expectations. Jesus make some of the drinks. We loved all the staff and managers. The rooms were a bit out dated for the hype , but ypu can tell they are working on it. The spa was amazing.

Por mucho, el PEOR todo incluido de Cancún, la comida es horrible, re-calientan todo y la atención es pésima, aparte que las instalaciones están sucias y viejas.
