We had a nice spacious apartment located on the ground floor which was a bit noisy from sounds coming from both the street and the interior of the building. It had all the necessary and expected amenities and staff were helpful. It was a bit farther than I expected from City Center but all in all, a good choice.

Skvělý Beds were tooooo hard to sleep on. We were told they were new, but no one over 25 will be able to sleep.

Dobrý The staff were excellent, especially when checking in on the Friday. The lady on reception was handling multiple in person and on the phone enquiries but remained calm, polite, and extremely helpful.
Parking facilities on site is great, especially being able to come and go throughout the stay for no additional charge.
The only down side I would say was the cleaning. As a family of fair haired people we were finding long black hairs everywhere, there were fake eyelashes stuck to the bedside lights and piles of dust and hair under the beds.
The bath didn’t drain well when having a shower and appeared clogged with hair. The shower head is also in need of a good clean to remove scale.
The kitchen facilities were fine, again only complaint would be that there wasn’t a chopping board and that the tap was very loose.

Fantastické The Staycity in Edinburgh was in a quiet location, close to bus service and a couple of blocks from a Tesco grocery store. The onsite staff were top notch and helpful in every way, with washing machine pods for sale, as well as coffee pods and a few other drinks and such. The room was modern style and fairly spacious. The bed mattress was quite hard for our liking, but since it was warm out (no AC in the suite, but they provided a fan), we pulled the comforter out of the cover and put it down on the mattress, which helped. There was a storage closet, very roomy bathroom with towel warmer/drywer rack, full kitchen. We would stay here again.

Great sized apartment in handy location. Had everything we needed. The dryer didn't work in our room but the staff were fantastic and so helpful and let us use the commercial dryer down by reception.
