Great hotel and wonderful staff!

My stay was extremely disappointing due to a serious privacy and safety concern. I was awakened from my sleep on 6/26 to find a woman standing inside my room staring at me. This occurred well after housekeeping had already cleaned the room. I never answered a knock at the door, nor did I request that the minibar be restocked, so I have no idea why anyone entered my room. I immediately contacted management, and Jonathan explained that she knocked three times before entering to restock the minibar. That explanation is unacceptable. I never gave permission for anyone to enter my room. I could have been undressed, asleep, or in any number of vulnerable situations. Waking up to a stranger standing inside my room was frightening and completely inappropriate. This was a serious violation of my privacy and left me feeling unsafe. No guest should have to experience something like this. What should have been a relaxing stay was completely overshadowed by this incident, and I left very disappointed with the hotel's handling of such a significant breach of guest privacy.

They were always kind and attentive to my needs. I have stayed before and always return. Definitely a favorite when I am in town.

This is a great find in Beverly Hills. The public areas very tasteful and clean. The staff delightful. The room was nice but a little tight for two people sharing. Housekeeping was excellent. For the price it couldn’t be better. Would definitely stay there again

Room was clean but small for 3 people to share the 2 double beds size. Although helpful staff and location was nice there were little things that added up that just frustrated my stay. No hooks in bathroom for towels. No water or ice machines. Removable shower arm did not work. Lights were too low for restroom. Poor water pressure. Carpets could use a clean. Pool didn’t appear to be cleaned daily, but the pool side amenities were nice. For the price I paid , parking could have been included.

Such a cute hotel in a fantastic location! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
