I would NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. We made a mistake on our booking and were offered the relevant upgrade but with 180% of the prices if we would have booked through any of the online agency a week ahead; The Whole family had bad stomach and diariaha by the second day; The breakfast is crowded, and actually, everywhere is very crowded in the hotel; the kids did not want to have anything for breakfast for second day. excpet of having nice rooms, and good kids club for the very young - i would not recomend this hotel to anyone, except for the families with young children that want an indoor waterpark. in our 5 weeks in vietnam - we take this hotel as the worst experience; We will not go back

We had a great stay at Mikazuki! The water park was a real highlight for our family with 3 kids. A special thank you to staff member Toan, who helped us on our first buggy trip to the beach and continued to assist us throughout our stay, always willing, helpful and with a bright smile. It made a real difference to our experience!

The hotel, staff, amenities, restaurants and overall grounds/water park are fantastic. Ideal for families. We had a great stay. My only criticism and this isn’t at the hotel becUse the hotel is great. It’s there isn’t much around the hotel so you do feel isolated.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to Hoa and Annie for excellent customer service and to the Nami restaurant staff, where you will find excellent food and maybe the worlds most refreshing cocktail (Pho)

Clean room, good view and service

We stayed at Mikazuki Da Nang for two nights with our family. From the moment we arrived, the staff set a high bar. Our concierge Thuy was attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, and Huy at the Executive Club on Level 22 delivered standout service that made that space one of the highlights of our trip. The food was also excellent — the noodle station in particular, where the chef's soups were some of the best we had in Vietnam. That said, the overall experience did not match what we expected from a five-star property. The biggest issue was the shared locker rooms between hotel guests and water park day visitors. It made what should have been a premium experience feel crowded and impersonal. We also did not see a lifeguard supervising the outdoor lazy river — a real concern when traveling with young children. The traditional kids' games were a nice idea in concept, but they were calibrated so difficult that our children left frustrated rather than having fun. We visited several five-star resorts during our Vietnam trip, including Sheraton Da Nang. Compared to those properties, Mikazuki stands out for its water park, onsen, and staff quality. But the luxury feel, family-focused amenities, and safety standards need work to justify the overall positioning as a premium resort. Thuy, Huy, and the culinary team were exceptional. The property has real potential — it just needs to close the gap between its best moments and the full guest experience.

Nice but no good beach , far from city , good good but only if you like Japanese food, same breakfast every day. But very nice hotel . Water park not worth it.
