Fantastické Stayed here for 5 days, had a lovely experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, included entertainment and AC. The location was convenient, we were able to walk to a lot of places and there were convenience stores and a pharmacy on the same street. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to us, even willing to store our luggage before our check in when our flight got moved to an earlier time.
I will note that there were times when it was noisy, the fridge made noise and there was construction outside sometimes but it wasn’t too bothersome for me. Also the building shakes slightly every once in a while. According to the gentleman at the front desk it’s a hydraulic system the building has for when heavy cars or transport drive past. Not earthquakes lol. Also the elevator doors don’t stay open very long, that was also slightly annoying.
Overall, my family and I were very happy with our accommodations here. Compared to nearby hotels, we got larger rooms for a similar price and were treated very nicely by the staff. We would definitely lodge here again if we were to visit CDMX again.

The hotel staff deserves a solid 5-star rating. They were incredibly helpful, kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the local restaurant scene.
However, I had a major inconvenience during my stay. The elevator was out of service for the entire six days I was there.
Despite this setback, the hotel is located in a great area. It’s near El Paseo de la Reforma, and close to amazing restaurants and cafes. The lobby is well-appointed and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen and a balcony. As a small token of appreciation, I was given a bottle of wine.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Juan, Raul, Manolo, and the housekeeping staff for their kindness, assistance, and hospitality. They made my stay enjoyable despite the elevator issue.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers.

Fantastické Our room was extremely spacious with a full kitchen and a balcony. The internet and TV were great. The neighborhood is quiet, pedestrian friendly, and near lots of markets and restaurants. Our check in was quick and easy. The shower was strong and hot.
