Excellent hotel in a perfect location right in the center of Madrid. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money and an ideal base for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

The staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us with some complicated check-in and services that we needed for our group. The hotel is in a good location and reasonably priced buffet was not bad, especially for the price. Our rooms needed a little bit of spraying up in a bag could’ve been a little bit more comfortable but other than that, the hotel was great.

Location , location, location. A lovely hotel in the best of places. The staff speak perfect English and were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. it was spick and span and the aircon (needed) worked very well. It was quiet where our rooms were, but very close to one of the main roads. We didn't eat in at all. There were a couple of niggles. Both of the rooms had weird showers that soaked the bathroom floor and could not be refocussed. Sorted, by putting all possible towels down to soak up the water, and when we came back at the end of the day everything was perfect. And, despite paying exactly the same amount for two rooms, the one for my two daughters was much larger than the one for me. And there was no coffee machine in my room. It was supplied when requested, but I got the impression the smaller room didn't normally come with such a machine. Once there, it was happily re-supplied each day by the cleaners with plenty of capsules. I expected both rooms to be the same for the same price - or a discount for a single person if the room was to be smaller. I would certainly stay again (100%) and will recommend onwards, but the point of these reviews is to indicate niggles.

Location excellent , clean , staff good

Walls were very thin. I could hear the couple in the room next to me trying to conceive a baby. Every grunt and groan and the bed banging against the wall! Earplugs only did so much. My bed was moving I thought it was an earthquake to start with.! Bathroom tiles needed a good scrub and I’ve now concluded that every shower rose in Spain needs looking at. They spray all over the bathrooms drowning everything. Street noise from noisy revellers was a bit annoying at 3.00am but I put in my earplugs. Problem solved. Great location though.

Great location for puerto del sol and El Retiro park and royal palace. Clean hotel, accommodating and helpful staff. Continental Breakfast was good - not outstanding. Bathrooms were modern and in good condition, room was roomy and well equipped.

Terrible hotel. Dirty hotel! Not A 4 star Hotel. Outdated hotel. Not worth of staying.

Excellent location, clean room, good room service. Limited options for vegetarian breakfast.

Front desk gentleman was very helpful. Clean and spacious room, it’s really a central location and metro near by.
