Upon check in we were told they did not accept credit cards. This is an 18 floor hotel, in a major city, in 2026!!! Not good enough. The compendium also stated they accept cards for payment. The building has a major moisture problem. Although the room appeared to have been recently renovated, they had failed to paint an area of the roof not easily seen, which had very bad black mould (see image). The shower off the main bedroom was very bad as it was hard to get it at a comfortable temperature (either too hot or too cold). The other bathrooms shower was better, however, this was over the bath and had no shower curtain so was not really usable. The kitchen had insufficient utensils, pots and bowls (the staff provide more on request). The kettle was broken, there was no tea towels, and the sponge was very dirty and old. Two of the four beds (double beds) were hard as rocks, the warddrobes were very musty smelling, and one of the two toilet seats was dirty. Positives included the views, size of the apartment, free breakfast, the other two king size beds (these were good), having HBO, the helpful doorman, and the location. All in all, the room was average to good. The mould was the main issue as for longer stays, it's not a healthy environment to be in.

客室は年季がありますが、清潔でした。 アパートメントルームでしたが、冷蔵庫がなかったのだけが残念です。それ以外は快適で立地も良く、エレベーターで、たまたま乗り合わせたホテルのオーナーの方が親切で素敵な方だったので、ますます気に入りました。

Friendly staff

Do not stay here. Staff was unfriendly, we booked a stay for one night for 6 people and the lady at the front desk started arguing with us and said we booked two rooms for 2 people when we booked it clearly said triple bed for each room and they tried to charge us extra. We showed them our booking and they finally gave us our room after trying to charge us extra and be dishonest. We went in our room air conditoner was not cold, hotel is old, room filled with mosquitos, room STANK. Fridge had water bottles that were half dranken(did not clean fridge out). The room smelled like poop and the bathroom was disgusting. Random disgusting brown stains on the floor, pretty sure the room stank and smelled like poop because a leaking pipe. We had to put a wet towel over it to cover the smell. We were going down to ask for a room switch when the door wouldnt close/lock. Door is unsafe and doesnt close and stays open.

자정이 지나 체크인을 도와주셔서 감사합니다. 샤워기 호수는 고장이나서 물이세어 수리해주셨고, 방에 바퀴벨레가 많아서 바퀴벌레 약을 요청했습니다. 체크아웃 후 늦은시간까지 캐리어를 보관해 주었습니다.

The pool was empty. The gym was so stuffy you could not breathe to workout. Bugs all over the gym floor. Cockroaches by the pool and in the room under the fridge. The reviews were so great for this place, when we arrived we were shocked.

Convenient to walking to the beach, clean and good condition room. Friendly staffs
