The only complaint was the shuttle; we called once we had bags, and they would only send the shuttle once we were in the exhaust-filled pickup area. They should have sent immediately after the first call. All other hotels were there and waiting for customers.

This is the nicest place in area to stay for a flight. The only issue we had was that the exit door from our level, the only exit, had a super high power exterior irrigation point that was shooting straight into the exit door window, like a high power car wash. A nice man grabbed a hotel umbrella and got wet going out to hold it over the water while we and other people abandoned ship. Someone somewhere in maintenance had to have know about this.
