Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Very nice room, we somehow snagged an upgrade and the room was quite spacious. Also best bed and bedding we slept in during our three weeks in Switzerland. Hotel is clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice, and the other meals we took at the hotel were good as well. View from our room was breathtaking, looking down the Lauterbrunnen valley. Location is a 7 minute walk to the train station, and the hotel offers pick up and drop off on arrival and departure. Cable car is about 5 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

So glad that we chose this hotel in Wegan. - very friendly and helpful staff - stunning views from our balcony view room - Very nice breakfast buffet included - comfortable beds - no a/c which is the norm in the region but even though we were there during a heat wave, it was comfortable with the windows open - Their restaurant The Deck was lovely after a day of hiking - easy walk to tram or train for day trips and hiking - upon arrival, call before getting on the train in Lauterbrunnen and they will have a shuttle ready to pick you up in Wengen. It is Only a 7 minute walk but it is an uphill incline so a bit of a work out with luggage. -We would definitely stay there again

We were beyond thrilled with this hotel! EVERYTHING was phenomenal- the service and staff, the common areas, the food, the room, the bathroom (with many little extras), the *views*... We were sad we had not planned our full stay at this hotel and had to switch to another. We ended up staying in 3 different towns- Wengen, Murren, and Grindelwald, and perhaps because of this hotel, but if we had to choose one location next time, it would absolutely be this one.

Great location and great staff in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Was a little warm in the days we were there and central AC or even a mini split AC unit would have gone a long way but still an awesome time!

The views from the restaurant/breakfast room and from the deck are unbeatable. Overall very good hotel with great staff. Rooms are tiny but that’s not unusual in the area. Would benefit from a bit more tables for dinner on the deck.

We loved our stay here - the staff were all very friendly … everyone from the front desk - Maressa, to Luis in the dining room, to the 2 drivers ! Thank you for a lovely stay, perfect location and gorgeous setting ! Great room and view to die for !!

Great view from our room. Staff was great. Excellent restaurant. We wish the weather was a little better, but not much to do about that. ;-)
