Neat little apartment with air conditioning and in a great location. Lots of cafes and Brasseries nearby, within walking distance. Close to the Louvre Museum. Staff were friendly and polite and the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor was quiet enough with no outside noise.

I would not stay here again. Although we were given a complimentary room upgrade, it turned out to be a room with no working air conditioning during a heatwave. We specifically checked this at arrival and were incorrectly assured everything was working. Despite reporting the issue, nothing was done. The reception staff, particularly the evening receptionist, were dismissive and unprofessional throughout. A very disappointing experience that completely overshadowed the stay.

My room was awful- the carpet was dirty and the room was in poor condition overall. I did mention to reception our room(the junior suite) was a completely different standard from the room my daughter was in. The junior suite we had clearly hadn’t been renovated, and it showed in how run-down it was. I’d planned to extend my stay by a few more days, but ended up switching hotels entirely instead.

I booked this hotel so that we would have air conditioning during the hottest week in history in Paris. I paid a premium for the 4 star designation so that it included air conditioning. I called and confirmed at check in that the room we were getting had air conditioning. Well you know what happened...No air conditioning. We had to call each day and were made promises that it would be fixed and it never was fixed. We had over 9 communications with staff and maintenance, but they never fixed it. They did nothing to address the situation. They also never came to empty the garbage, make the beds, nothing. They were very indifferent and a bit snotty when the situation was brought out. They should not get a 4-star designation, maybe 2. 5

Room was very nice and as described, however lots of construction on our floor and building materials(concrete bags, flooring) left out in hallway made it difficult to maneuver luggage through. We were overall not happy due to our room not being ready for 90 MINUTES after 3pm. We arrived at 11am after traveling for 24 hours straight and had requested an early check in if possible. They couldnt accommodate an early check in, but then our room wasnt even ready at the designated 3pm time slot either so we waited and waited. We received no discount or money back despite the hotel not living up to it's service agreement and providing a room for the time we paid for it. Overall not happy with this experience.

The AC didn’t work. When asked to fix they never did; just provided a fan. The breakfast was terrible. No room service. Will not stay here again

Wonderful location!! We stayed here for 4 nights in June 2026 right near the end of the incredible heatwave of the century. The property offered popsicles to cool us down. =) Staff was kind and helpful, room was exactly what we expected, and again, the location was amazing. Will stay here again.
