The hotel is over rated on the expedia site. The room we had tired and had not been renovated recently. The headboard had vinyl peelibg off. The bathtub/shower was dangerous due to being squeezed into such a small space. We were there to catch a cruise and had ordered a taxi. In the morning there was no one coordinating the many people trying to get a taxi, it was a free for all. We did not visit the hotel restaurant due to the expensive menu. I do not recommend this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

Staff here are great-helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about Helsinki. The included breakfast buffet is extensive, amazing since the hotel is not very expensive. The Vilho restaurant in the hotel also has fine food and service, and at a moderate price. Location of hotel is convenient yet not noisy.
