Dobrý
This is an older hotel which we knew when booking. But, there was visible water damage inside, the air vents were black in one of the 2 rooms we had. The pool was not like pictured. It looked dark and dingy. The location is great! Walkable and easy to find. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel experience this is not your hotel. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head for a night of 2 with no driving to see the French quarter sights, book now!

We do “staycations” a lot in Nola and live staying here. Really enjoy the history of this place as well as the old school feel. Staff has always been friendly and very helpful, when needed. We always recommend this hotel to family and friends alike. Two thumbs up Dauphine Orleans!!!

Excellent staff! Bad hotel. Really old hotel with known issues across multiple rooms. Got to change rooms when water was leaking from the ceiling but it was known that was a problem in that room yet they rent it anyway. Second room had only sheets and no blanket and shower didn’t work.

I have no complaints with the exception of the mold on the ceiling in the hallway right in front of our door. Staff was great. Within walking distance to Bourbon Street & Canal. No complaints
