Damage deposit is 1,000 baht only in cash. Cannot help but exchanging usd in the airport on the last day. Hope the hotel deposits from credit card too. Noisy at night because of No-soundproof-wall. Close to Big C mart and metro station that was a great point.

Room was spacious & spotless. Facilities in room fine. Staff all polite & helpful. Breakfast was disappointing as it was aimed more for Chinese than western customers. If possible they could add bacon or ham to the menu that would help.

Clean , older not luxury hotel Very friendly and helpful staff We like the location 30 mins from both Bangkok airport Cost 300 to 400 bath from airport by Grab

Good points were cleanliness, the comfortable bed, efficient AC, and the nearness to the MRT and a Big C supermarket and mall. Not so good were the difficulty in finding the hotel first time round, the monotonous breakfast, the lack of any English language or news channels on TV, and, for us, being given the smallest room on the floor (7303) despite booking in for 11 nights and booking months in advance. The hotel was clearly used by many large Chinese tour groups, and I suspect that all the best rooms were reserved for them.

We have stayed here for 3 years now, wouldn't change as it ticks all the boxes. Shame they have altered the breakfast arrangements, no ham on the menu meant I had to buy my own to eat with my eggs.

I enjoyed the stay but if you are the first visitor to BKK, I don’t think it’s the ideal place to stay as most of the places and activities which tourists want are quite far away, 40 mins . However, there are plenty of transports nearby to go around and decent shopping centres and food.
