• Pool Access Room Advisory: The room is designed for adults. If traveling with children, a waiver must be signed upon check-in.

•The property's sky pool may be reserved for private events and thus may not be open to the public for a certain amount of time.

• Check-in and Check-out Policy: Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out will depend on room availability and with corresponding charges.

• Incidental Deposit:

Incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Security deposit only accepted in the form of Card. This is refundable upon check-out should there be no charges incurred during the stay.

• Kid Policy: In order to avail of the child rate, guest must submit a copy of the child's passport or birth certificate during reservation and at the Front Desk upon check-in, otherwise, adult rate will be applied.

Room Occupancy & Breakfast Policy:

Children Aged 0–4: One (1) child may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding (breakfast not included). Any additional children in this age group will incur a child fee.

Children Aged 5–9: Subject to an additional child fee (Bed sharing).

Guests Aged 10 and Older: Considered adults and subject to a standard extra person fee (with extra bed set-up and breakfast included).

Note: All extra child and extra person fees will be collected upon check-in.

 • Breakfast time: From 6:00am to 10:00am only at Sapphire Restaurant. Dress code: CASUAL (Wearing bathrobes, swimwear and sleepwear during breakfast and dinner are prohibited).
