Great price, location is great, close to shopping, hospitals and public transportation to go downtown. Staff is very helpful and the star of the stay was the breakfast. Everyday they have a rotating menu of things they offer. Highly recommended!

The front desk team was AMAZING! They were friendly and quick to give recommendations. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!

Staff was nice & helpful. Swimming pool was clean & comes with a big grill outside. Perfect location plenty of things to eat & activities around you. The mall is 5 minutes away. Walmart & targets also Sam’s is 3-5 minutes away.

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked into the room. The smell hit us immediately—it reeked like nasty tuna fish and was so strong it made it hard to even stay inside. The room itself was beyond filthy. There were white stains all over the floor and even on the side of the bed, which was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly disgusted. We went to the front desk for help, hoping to switch rooms or get some kind of resolution, but the night shift employee, Melanie, was no help at all. She told us she couldn’t do anything—no room change, no contacting anyone—and said we’d have to deal with Expedia ourselves. The only thing she offered was new sheets, which didn’t fix the problem at all, especially since the stains were on the bed frame and throughout the room. Customer service was extremely disappointing, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere clean and professionally managed.

Yes everything was great, except for the elevator being out of service.

I can see why this hotel is rated so well. Staff were kind and considerate. The breakfast options were plentiful. For late sleepers, it's nice that it's available until 10, and the late check out is at noon. The fitness center & pool were in great condition. The only thing I would have changed would be getting rid of carpet in the rooms. Hotel carpets always smell like stinky feet, and there's really no way around it, but to get rid of it. Thankfully our room had a window that cracked open and it was cool enough to leave it cracked in the evening when we arrived to help the smell dissipate.
