Everything was good except the housekeeping. I am not satisfied with my room cleaning.Also very choosey in refilling the room amenities which seems like instructed by the hotel management.

I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again.

Decent hotel to stay if you're not looking for resort style hotel. Pool is small and when we got there full of kids so not relaxing at all. No beach loungers or many loungers by the pool. Heating you just need a nice place to rest your head

Staff HA and especially those at Horizon Bar Restaurant were very helpful; they remember our earlier meal preferences and prepared them without us having to remind them. The housekeeping and other teams even prepare fantastic welcome for our marriage anniversary. Phenomenal staff and Great Hotel!

The hotel is located at the far end of My Khe Beach, in a quiet area away from the nightlife, which was very convenient for us. The room was spotless, and the highlight for me was the air conditioning. It was perfectly cold, which felt amazing after a long day at the beach. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and we never felt that anything was missing. The only downside was the lifts. The hotel has four lifts, three for guests and one for service, but they were extremely slow. At times, we had to wait 10–15 minutes. The hotel was clearly busy, but it is big enough that you do not really feel it.

Great rooms. Even better linens on bed. Aside from the unavoidable construction on the pool, the elevators are something you must allow a lot of time for. One of the elevators is glass with an amazing view, but get caught in there with 6 others with no ventilation, and you can do the math.Other than that, I would stay there again, just not on the 30th floor.

Had a wonderful stay here. It was perdectly located, so close to many restaurants, beach clubs, cafes. Its a walk away from the beach. The food for their breakfast buffet were great. We also ordered room service, and the food were delish. Our hotel room was overlooking the ocean 😊
