This was our 2nd stay. Went to a concert at Sofi. Hotel is close enough to walk to and was convenient and easy.

This is an incredibly clean and well maintained property. The mattresses are great and the sheets and pillow cases are much better than most places in this price range. The rooms are well appointed with microwave, refrigerator and a small table perfect to work at or enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom is very clean and well maintained with good quality body wash and shampoo. And the WiFi works!!! The property is well lit and feels very safe and the staff is friendly and attentive. Overall, this is one of the best values in the area. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place for a good price for a few nights or even a couple of weeks while moving from one apartment to another like us.

When we arrived, there was a large puddle of water near a leaking refrigerator. The bathroom also raised concerns about cleanliness. I had to wipe a dried brown stain off the wall next to the toilet, and I'll let you draw your own conclusions about what it may have been. There were additional stains on the bathroom door and even on one of the bath towels, which made the room feel anything but clean. The front door also had a noticeable gap between the door and the frame when closed, so it didn't feel very secure or private. I'm glad I was staying with my husband because I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone. The area is shady, and questionable people were hanging around the parking lot. Checkout is at 11 am, but housekeeping started knocking at 9:30 am. The first two times, they didn't even announce themselves. Since we were only staying one night, it made us feel rushed to leave well before checkout. The bed appeared clean, but it wasn't very comfortable. Overall, this stay was not worth what I paid. I won't be returning, and I would recommend others stay here at their own risk.
