Parking is way , way , way far away from the Front Desk. The elevators are way , way , way far away from the front desk. I have never had to haul my luggage as far to an elevator in all my 66 years. Very inconvenient. They should have luggage carts available for people to use when they arrive at the hotel. Only 1 Bell Person on staff at the time … No one concerned about helping with the luggage issues. Robotic .. By the time we arrived, checked in , parked , and hauled our luggage to the room was over an hour +. We were ready to jump out of the window in frustration ! The front desk employees are robotic ! The manager/ control guy seemed to be totally unconcerned about guest satisfaction. Will never be back.

Very long wait to get staff on the phone even longer in person. Upon arrival on Thursday we noticed the air not properly working, attempted to call but no answer but room was bearable. Next day put in order (Friday) air wasn’t fixed until Saturday after numerous calls and work orders. To find out the batteries weren’t properly installed by the previous maintenance personnel.
