Checked-in early. Dropped bags efficiently and enjoyed day at Museums. Got rooms late afternoon. Great facilities in room and enjoyed watching football in bar. Excellent breakfast. Left bags until collection for our later train from Euston. I think this will be my first choice of Hotel when travelling by train from Scotland.

We stayed one night, seeking to be near the train station. The hotel is easy to find, easy to walk to with luggage. There is no ramp, so you need to carry bags up the stairs to enter. We booked a family room. The child bed was a roll-out cot and not very comfortable. The room had air conditioning, though, which was a huge plus in the London heat. The bathroom was super clean. Cafes are nearby and the location is great. I recommend the hotel to travelers who want to be near Euston or St. Pancras, with the caveat that if your child is particular about sleeping in a non-portable bed, you may want to consider that.

It was a terrible experience, the staff were very rude and not helpful. The room was dirty, called for housekeeping several times to no avail. Dirty towels left in the room for two days straight!!! Towel service was terrible, gave us one towel between two people! Never to return!

there is no parking near by. not even a drive up in front of the hotel so you can unload yor luggage nobody at the front door to help with luggage or directions the rooms are gloomy. we do not spend much time in the rooms when we travel, but when we get in the room, we want to feel "at home". The room was a downer! Very surprised that it was highly rated by Travelocity It was certainly not a good deal
