A clean and convenient hotel. The restaurant was fine. No refrigerator in room. Not sure what is typical for a London hotel.

This is a very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The free buffet breakfast was very good - scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, fruit and a coffee machine to make a variety of coffees. The only negative is the distance from terminals 2 and 3. It's a 40 minute shuttle ride and costs 7 GBP per person.

Great location, accessible without leaving The AirPort, yet you do not hear a single airplane. Perfect for resting overnight.

Skvělý
We started off with the main complaint, Heathrow are charging £7 for being dropped off at the hotel. Appalling policy when you consider how awful Heathrow Airport is. It’s past time that a decent airport was built to compare with the fantastic airports in Dubai and the USA. A new terminal has been built at Orlando Airport and it puts Heathrow to shame, step forward the dithering politicians who have no standards and no shame. As for the hotel it has maintained the high standards that is surprising considering the great value for money.

The rooms were clean but very small. The remote control didn't work, we requested another one which didn't work either. A third request revealed that the batteries needed to be changed in the first remote.

Most of the stay was good but let down by an awful breakfast. Scrambled eggs and bacon were completely dried out. Queue for the single coffee machine.

Convenient stay before heading the Southhampton for a cruise. We used the airport shuttle which worked out well. Nice food options for dinner and an excellent breakfast with lots of choices included in the room price. I would definitely go back.
