The rooms were dated and the furniture and drapes were worn and in need of replacement. There was a crack in the bathroom sink filled with silicon and the hot water fluctuated from cold to hot during a shower. The extra charge to use the spa and pool (2200 yen) was disappointing given the price of the room and should have been complimentary for guests. The dining facilities were very good inclusive of the dinner buffet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Great location next to the beach with views of the beach.

The staff speak good English. They will go out out the way to accommodate you and answer questions. My only issue was that the room had some cosmetic issues such as pin holes in the curtin shade and a floor lamp that was wobbly and maybe unstable. Your right on the beach. And a nice mall is next door.

Amazing hotel. Our room was very clean it had an amazing view of the beach and Fukuoka tower. The lobby and dinning area was something else. Great architecture. We had the breakfast buffet and it had everything you needed to start the day no real lines and easy to get a table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Hotel and amenities were good, executive lounge was handy to have access to. Panoramic suite has excellent views and is great for sunsets. Room itself was good, though some of the furniture starting to show its age. Clearer signposting on how to easily get to the beach would be helpful.

The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask.
