The front desk clerk was kind and helpful when I checked in. The morning clerk was nice. My experience was subpar or worse. I ordered food for dinner, it took 45 minutes, arrived cold and in a go box, I wanted to eat in the bar. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund for the food but wasn’t very helpful or pleasant about it. Breakfast was ok. I wouldn’t come back.

Skvělý The hotel was functional, all the basics were there, not luxuriously glamourous, but I don't want that. It was all clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was good, but the self-service area was too small for such crowds of people, especially for wheelchair users who were having difficulty to manoeuvre in the narrow space.
I arrived at 1.00am, late due to train holdups, and would have liked something to eat, but there were no snacks available.
I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again.

Great room for overnight stay. We arrived late and left early but super close to airport which was point in using. Clean and staff were great.
