It was our first time in this hotel and satisfied with the comfort of the room and amenities. The staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good. We also used the airport shuttle to go from the hotel to the airport. The only con was that could not schedule the shuttle from the airport to the hotel due to the scheduled hours they have for pick up.

I notified the hotel staff in advance that my flight would be arriving earlier than scheduled and asked if I could check in early. I was assured that this would not be a problem; imagine my surprise, however, when upon arrival I had to wait a full eight hours to check in! After a long flight from Chicago having slept practically nothing and feeling completely exhausted—I felt that I had been treated unfairly and was absolutely shocked. I categorically DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.
