The staff was polite and responsive although limited English. I was glad my bilingual daughter was with me as there were issues we needed to get fixed.

The staff members were great.
There was a buffet for breakfast, and it was superb. Everything was fresh and delicious.
Prompt service, very polite and friendly.
I was not eating there often. Mexico tends to have TV sets everywhere while people dine, and because of the Football game world cup, it was pretty unplesant all the volume was very high. Ideally, eating should be a pleasant and relaxing experience, but that smy opinion, I don't dine in a envirmet like that.
Other than that, the hotel is very good, I will say top-notch.
I do recommend it.

Great staff, very helpful. Restaurant was superb. One negative was that we were shifted to 3 different rooms none of which had hot water for showers

Todo muy limpio y muy buena ubicación pero el colchón demasiado duro, parecía que estaba durmiendo en el piso. No pude dormir bien.

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently situated on Avenida Insurgentes with access to major stores, and public transportation. Didn't have opportunity to eat at the hotel, but had a major dining room
