Hotel is good for short term business trip. When travel with family, room can be small even with connected room. There was not much space to open the mid to large size suitcase. Generally, fair price for the convenience of travelling and short stop over at Osaka. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel has a business lodging like atmosphere.

I loved the fact that it was inside the shin-Osaka station, so I didn’t have to leave the building to travel around. The hotel was super tiny, expected of Japan hotel rooms, but it had everything I needed, except a body cream. PS- If you book rooms that connect, the rooms are on the floor where they all have the same view: AC units. Don’t expect any other views.

This was our second stay here during this trip, mainly because the location is excellent. It’s very convenient for last-minute snack shopping before checking out. The rooms are compact, but we managed our luggage and got around comfortably. We learnt how best to place our items :) I would stay here again for the convenience, but the check-in process could be improved. It took much longer than expected, with multiple steps involving different counters and terminals before the check-in and tourist tax payment were completed.

This was my second stay and I was just as happy as the first time. The location is ideal for travel into, around, and out of Osaka and the station itself has multiple wonderful restaurants and shops making it easy to dine in. Staff are friendly and efficient. If you are unaccustomed to Japanese hotels, the room size may be too tight for comfort. I was content but my friend found the space too crowded. Also, there is a window between the shower and room. While there is a blind that rolls down, there are gaps at the edges which could be discomforting if you're not staying with someone you trust well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Super convenient as it’s just at the JR station itself. We are a family of 4 (2 young kids) with connecting rooms but space is still really small. We have 3 luggage but only 2 can be put down flat. I have no complains cos for the price, I am willing to live with the tight space :)! What’s awesome is for connecting rooms, you have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets so no one needs to fight for it..I don’t think it’s suitable if your kids are teenagers..
