Clean, beautiful room, great staff, wonderful location, and very good food. Our only very slight recommendation for improvement is to serve smaller portions... They were huge.

Really lovely stay, upgrade on arrival. Great communication of room availability as we arrived early for a show. The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel was presented well and clean. Excellent stay will use again. Also, very close to Kensington South for tube and just within a walk of Royal Albert Hall.

This was my second time at the Ampersand, I loved my first visit and my second visit was just as wonderful. After booking we upgraded the room. We asked for a specific configuration, this was carried out for our arrival. The room was beautiful. The staff from the moment walking through the doors were lovely and so helpful. We had breakfast, which was great. The hotel could not be closer to South Kensington station. The location is fantastic for Harrods, Chelsea, Natural History Museum, V&A and excellent restaurants. We loved our stay and God willing, we will be back soon. Thanks Ampersand for another amazing stay.
