We absolutely adored this beautiful hotel! It is picturesque, in a wonderful, quiet location, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was great- lovely, clean and beautifully decorated and we were close to everything, but not in the middle of the busiest areas - which was perfect. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges.

Perfect location, amazing hotel, fantastic breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. My only criticism is the lack of a shower in the bathroom.

We loved the hotel. The location was great, it was very clean, and the air conditioner was amazing.
The walls are thin, but I travel with a noise machine so it was never an issue for us.
As Americans, traveling in the summer in Europe can be difficult because of the ac differences. This ac was just like ours back home. Worth every penny for that alone.

The hotel is extremely well placed for access into Brugge.
The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, the reason we marked it down was because there are electrical wires Which had been joined together, but didn’t look safe

Wonderful old structure built in 1472. Well kept and super friendly staff. Two blocks off the tourist path so quite but close to restaurants. Does have stairs to climb to lobby and to room. Most atmosphere of any hotel we stayed.

Staff was great. The hotel had the vibe of going back in time which was cool. The property is older and in need of some updating. Our sink and tub didn’t drain properly and some persistent sewer odor was bothersome. The economy room was very small for two people to maneuver in. Breakfast was ample. The location was great—a bit away from tourist areas which was nice.

Nous avons eu un superbe séjour dans ce lieu empreint du passé et préservé par le patrimoine. L’hôtesse d’accueil était très gentille et serviable ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel. Nous avons profité du petit jardin intérieur en prenant un verre, ainsi que quelques jeux à notre disposition dans le lobby bar. Dans notre chambre nous avions : l’air climatisé, une petite boîte de chocolat et plusieurs essentiels pour l’hygiène. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour préserver le patrimoine et cela est parfait. Vue sur le canal et secteur tranquille :-)

El Hotel es maravilloso! Estaba de cuento de hadas, enorme la habitación, el recibimiento con una postal escrita a mano, los chocolates que nos dejaron, el personal en extremo amable! Regresaría sin duda! 100% RECOMENDABLE! mi Esposo y yo lo amamos!
